The office of the DVC F&A derives its mandate from the University and other Tertiary institutions’ Act 2001 as amended. As such, the DVC F&A assists the Vice-Chancellor in the performance of his functions and in that regard, DVC F&A oversees the Finances and administration of the University. She is responsible for the planning and development of the University in addition to Performing such other functions that may be delegated to her by the Vice-Chancellor or assigned by the University Council. Office of the University Secretary . The major mandate of this office is the general administration of the University, including the custody of the seal and administration of its assets.
